Head of Department: Naana Nsafoah Sarpong

Administration is the bedrock of any organisation. Working across all departments the Secretariat’s Administration Department (AD) is tasked with providing administrative and logistical support for the Secretariat. The specific functions that the AD is in charge of: 

 

  • General Office Management

The AD ensures adequate administrative support for the secretariat including; scheduling management tasks and handling correspondence, maintaining documents and records for the purpose of providing up-to-date reference and audit trail.

  • Providing Administrative Support for Board of Trustees

The AD also provides administrative support for the Board of Trustees these include; on-going communications for the purpose of maintaining membership and keeping board members informed through documenting activities, providing written reference and or conveying information

  • Administering scholarships and sponsorships

The department administers scholarships and sponsorships at the end of each academic year.

  • Transport and Facilities Management

On Transport and Facilities management the department is responsible for the execution, direction, and coordination of all transportation matters within the Secretariat. As well as the maintenance of the all its facilities 

  • Residual Matters

Provides contribution to residual matters e.g. legal, procurement
